Feeling Good!

Woo Hoo - I'm feeling good today! I took a little extra time last night to lay out the girls clothes for church & pack their bag of games/books/snacks to take & we managed to get up & ready ON TIME WITHOUT ANY YELLING!! In my house, this a really big deal since Sunday mornings tend to be chaotic, angry & we're ALWAYS late. After church, we went out to eat with our extended family - I didn't do too bad, I had some tex mex chicken with rice & a greek salad & a couple of breadsticks (probably should have left them off - lol). After we came home, I changed clothes & hit the road for another 25 minutes of jog/walk training as per my C25K training program. I came in & rested for about 15 minutes & then took off to meet my SIL at the indoor track at the rec center & we walked for another hour. I have no idea how much we walked - I didn't keep track of how many laps, but she's tall & I'm short, so I got a good walk in. Now I'm sitting back & taking a little rest time & feeling pretty good. good job Andrea!! I decided to do the c25k traning too at least to get me off my butt. I went out yesterday afternoon and I thought I was going to die! It didn't hurt anywhere except my chest I guess from the cold air LOL. congrats! and keep up the good work!
