Biggest Loser - Blog Edition!

Woo Hoo - I'm part of the Biggest Loser - Blog Edition. I can't wait to get started. Go Team Lynn!! Time to kick some Team Angie booty (LOL).
Today was Zumba & I sweated through the hour. Tomorrow is probably going to be a rest day - my body is talking to me. Then Zumba again Saturday morning & Saturday afternoon another jog/walk as prescribed by the C25K training plan. Have a great day!!

I have to check out this Zumba that everyone is talking about - sounds fun.
I'm a stay at home mom too, and I also married my high school sweetheart - pretty cool!

Hey! We're on the same team!!

I'm a runner as well. Been running since I was 16... however, the relationship has been VERY on-again/off-again! LOL. I have never competed and the farthest I've ran since I've been actually tracking is about 11 km. So, I'm doing my first 5K in March and have also been thinking of doing a 1/2 marathon in October! (but I may be on vacation in NL then so we will see...)

I admire anyone who starts a running program for sure. Even myself, I usually have to "start over". I barely did any exercise in December, so I feel like I'm starting from scratch. I have always used the running room learn to run program which is similar to cool running. Today I start 4 and 1 intervals (4 running and 1 walking). Maybe you will hear me huffing and puffing where you are?
